tortang talong

Here is my simple tortang talong.It is almost the same preparation of my mother:-)

Fresh small eggplant(it depends how many person )

Egg
Olive oil
salt
pepper
Boil the eggplant check if it is enough the skin of eggplant are ready to remove then slightly from it like as what you see on the photo then add a little bit salt and pepper.Prepare and bit the egg add with salt and pepper.Put the egg to the eggplant.Heat the pan with olive oil then fry the eggplant wait until cook.
