It is my late post and sorry for the photo.I can't find my digital camera charger so i decided to took picture through my cellphone.I made empanadas,it is one of my husband's favorite.Actually it is my first time cook empanada and it turns out very perfect:-)


Ingredients
1/2 kilos for ground beef
5pcs of potatos**slice it in a very small dice**
5pcs of carrots**slice it in a very small dice**
1/2 slice of red bell pepper**slice it in a very small dice**
dried raisins**put it in a cold water until it is tender**
5pcs of garlic
maggi savor
1 pc.onion
pepper
small quantity of salt
olive oil

Heat the pan in middle heat add olive oil,wait until the oil is heat then add the garlic and oignon then add the ground beef wait until it is a little bit cook then add the carrots and potatos.Then add the red bell pepper then add salt and pepper then add small quantity of maggi savor enough of your taste.Drain the raisin and add it to the meat.Wait few minutes then let it cold for 1 hour.
For the pates i just bought a ready made**pate brisee**is what we call here in France.Sorry for not giving the procedure for the pates.

Grilled fish


Yummy grilled fish.I marinated it with salt ,pepper,and garlic then grilled it.For best results put some lemon while you eat.


My very own crispy fried chicken.Mixed with harricot verts.


In fact for the birthday party of my son i bake 3 cakes.Chocolate cake,banana cake and apple cupcake.It took me around 4 am to finish all this cake to baked.I was exhausted.That is why i don't like so much to do party in our house.For recipe i will update tomorrow.thanks

My very own chocolate cake


Last Sunday was my son's 4Th birthday so i decided to bake my very own chocolate cake.I rather to baked than to go out and buy a ready made cake.It is a very simple cake and a very simple design too.But everybody loves it.I will update the ingredients tomorrow since i am tired to go downstairs to take my recipe book.Sorry guys!

Special Dom's Panini

We want to change our food.We always eat almost the same if it not meat it is fish and vegetables.My husband said that he want something like picnic style or easy and fast to prepare.So he said that he will prepare his spcial panini.


Panini bread
bacon
mozzarella cheese
tomato
onion
olive oil

*First you need to put the bacon
*add mozzarella cheese
*then slice the tomato slightly thin
*then put with the bacon
*mozzarella
*add the onion
* small quantity of olive oil.

Then grill it not too much just let the chess a Little bit melt same as photo!!Hmm yummy!

Last sunday was a very nice day!Especially when i ate dinner in my friend place.She prepared this yummy dinner.For entree she prepared this very light and healthy food.Sorry i can't give you the recipe i didn't watch my friend how she did it.:-( Sorry

vegetables bola bola



My son don't to eat vegetables.So i need to do something just to let him vegetables without knowing that it is vegetables.What i did is,i made this**bola bola vegetables**I made it in my own.


* Soja
* Eggplant
* long beans
* carrots
* potatoes
* egg
* olive oil
* salt
* pepper
Cut all the vegetables in a very tiny size then mixed all the ingredients and add salt and pepper and form it like a small ball shown as photo.Heat the pan with olive oil and fry wait until it is enough cook.Simple it is my own idea,I think as a mother we need to do everything just to give the best health of our children.

Here is my simple tortang talong.It is almost the same preparation of my mother:-)

Fresh small eggplant(it depends how many person )

Egg
Olive oil
salt
pepper
Boil the eggplant check if it is enough the skin of eggplant are ready to remove then slightly from it like as what you see on the photo then add a little bit salt and pepper.Prepare and bit the egg add with salt and pepper.Put the egg to the eggplant.Heat the pan with olive oil then fry the eggplant wait until cook.

I already a lot of try just to make it perfect.I bought fresh squid and i invited my friend ann to come over and have lunch with me.And guess what?wow!my adobong pusit turns out perfect.We forgot our diet.


1/2 fresh squid

Maggi savor

vinegar

4 cloves of garlic

bay leaf

pepper

1 tablespoon of olive oil


Add all the ingredients and add the olive oil.Cook it in medium heat.Check if the squid are enough tender and ready to eat!


Serve with rice!

Grill fish à la janese


Here how i prepare my grill fish!
Whole fish(for me any kind of fish but if you prefer to use your favorite fish there is no problem on it!)
salt
pepper
bay leaf


Clean the fish outside as well as inside,put salt in and out(not too much otherwise it will turn it salty)put bay leaf and pepper(inner part of your fish).Let it stay for 30 minutes then put it in grill!!

Serve it with rice or vegetables!
For good taste based on my taste i put a little some fresh lemon juice before eating.
Base of my husband he melt 50grams of butter added with pepper then he put on the top of his fish!

Last Tuesday i am eager to eat spicy chicken.Before what i did is just took the train and go to KFC to buy some but now it is quite difficult for me because i have a son that i need to take care first before me.So what i did is,I went to the supermarket and i bought some PCs of chicken.And create my own dish.
4PCs of chicken legs or thigh(any sizes)
vinegar
soy sauce
2 cloves of garlic
bay leaf
black pepper
Cayenne powder
chili powder
cornstarch
Oil to fry
In a big bowl put the chicken,add the soy sauce and vinegar.Make sure that the soy sauce and the vinegar are even (not to much salty nor sour).Add the garlic(crushed),add the bay leaf and black pepper.For spicy add cayenne powder then chili powder(it depends on your taste how spicy you want).Then let the chicken marinate it overnight.Then in a pan heat the oil.Before putting the chicken to the pan covered it first with cornstarch so that it will be a little bit crispy.Then fry.Wait until it will cook then serve it with rice or any vegetables.
