Grill fish à la janese


Here how i prepare my grill fish!
Whole fish(for me any kind of fish but if you prefer to use your favorite fish there is no problem on it!)
salt
pepper
bay leaf


Clean the fish outside as well as inside,put salt in and out(not too much otherwise it will turn it salty)put bay leaf and pepper(inner part of your fish).Let it stay for 30 minutes then put it in grill!!

Serve it with rice or vegetables!
For good taste based on my taste i put a little some fresh lemon juice before eating.
Base of my husband he melt 50grams of butter added with pepper then he put on the top of his fish!
