I am eager to learn how to prepare shake.I read so many recipe and ask some tips of preparation. And i decided to made one.So i bought riped banana and fresh milk and i just add everything and small quantity of sugar and i am satisfied for my first try,I know it is not good to drink milk shake during winter but at least i tried my best right?
I have difficulties of digesting.Sometimes it takes 2 or 3 days for me to go to the toilet. It is not normal and i saw my father in law eat pruneaux to digest and i tried to eat some and it is really effective, now i go to the toilet once a day.
I bought dried pruneaux then i let it boiled until it is tender. No sugar add,the taste is not so good but what is good if it is for my health right?

For croque monsieur
Slice bread
fresh ham
butter
croque monsieur chesse
Put a small quantity of butter then put the croque monsieur cheese then ham then again the croque monsieur chesse.Get another slice of bread put butter, not too much.Put it to the other slice bread that has ham.Put just a very small butter on the top and bottom so that it will not burn when you put it in the pan.Our croque monsieur is ready to cook.Heat the pan in middle heat then put your croque monsieur don't let it too burn. Then that's it!
